Dat 3 sept 8

Well we both agree we are coming back to NYC one day.Maybe with our kids i think they would really like the big apple!The six of us would havw a great time espeacially if the kids paid!!!
We stated a little later today as i slept in,so go outside at ten.First thing we saw was the horses and carriages two buildings down.A 5 floor OLD building they use as a barn and have ramps insid to walk the horses up for the night.
Then a 15 min walk to 8th & 46th to catch the uptown grey line bus.we stayed on as we had little time to do the numerous sights.About a one and a half ride around Central Park and Harlem, very cool!
Air Link Shuttle picking us up around 3pm to Newark for 7:30pm flight to yyz.

Day 2 sept7

Well this was a full day wanting to see it all (can't be done) we left the hotel at 8am and didn't jet back until 9pm.The B.W.Convention Centre is on west 38th st. at about 9th ave, room is fine alittle small but you can walk around the bed.
We made our way throught the garment district and into time sqare,trilling.Here we bought tickets on grey line bus tours open top busses.This was a good move we get 2 days of jump on jump off tours Manhattan and Brooklyn we also got empire state building statue of liberty and ellis island ferry included.
We did alot of on and off as we walked around different areas.Had lunch at TGIFriday's good food $18 burger or wrap or clubhouse.
We ate dinner near time sqare then caught the night time bus tour a 2 hour roam about.

Day 1

Well we got up Sunday Sept.6th for a 7AM pickup had a good sleep but we were both awake before our alarms.Thank you very much to our neice Darlene for driving us to the Vancouver Airport.We got to the airport in lots of time and got a seat in business class pod seating,very cool. We arrived in Toronto early at gate 112 and made our way to gate 155 on the USA side.Oh ya if you use nexus then be sure to do a declaration each and have your card out to show OR get a lecture.Gate agents will ignore your presents if you have questions they are not interested in,but hey,no problem,Molson has a nice Bar near gate 155!Come on AC.

Disregard, very nice agent for our Toronto to Newwark flight. Good flight and service thumbs up.

Well here we are In our driveway ,standing close hugs and smiles,this is the start of 50 days.

Well today is roberts' last day off work befor we go and nancy is very curious to know if all plans are set.WELL lets put it this way YES. all airline tickets, first night hotel, meditteranian cruise and luggage.... all done. what more could the be?wing it and have a great time i think!sun sept 6 we fly
